1. Admin Support Intern
Job Description
- Provide necessary administrative support.
- Generate data and reports.
- Manage and organize administrative documents systematically.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant units to fulfill job requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Final year student majoring in Management, Law, Air Transportation Management or related field
- Excellent administrative, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in using Ms Office, especially Excel
- Able to work in a team

2. Brand Communication Intern
Job Description
- Responsible for assisting Brand & Marketing Communication Team
- in the ideation process to create visual communication materials according to the brief, such as:
- Key Visual for Digital Channel (Social Media, Website, Mobile App, Digital Banner, etc)
- Key Visual for Conventional Channel (Print Ad, Standing Banner, Billboard, etc)
- Key Visual for Digital Ads
- Key Visual for Internal Communication
Requirements
- Final year students, at least 6th semester in DKV/Communication Sciences/any related background
- Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Digitally savvy & up-to-date with trends
- Having a good skill in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and SketchUp/3D Max is a plus
- Domicile in JABODETABEK and writting to WFO at Citilink’s HO Tangerang
3. KOL Specialist Intern
Job Description
- Identify potential KOL
- Acquired KOL
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the KOL
- Make a campaign report on KOL
- Ensuring the content on KOL following by the brief
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (communication science/ marketing management is a plus)
- Proficiency in Ms PowerPoint
- Active and know social media trends
- Having a good skill in Ms Excel (Data) is a plus
- Having a copywriting certificate/course is a plus
- Willing to work onsite at Citilink’s Head Office
4. Partnership Product Intern
Job Description
- Gather and analyze data to compile insightful reports on our partnership products.
- Assisting the team in conducting research and generating ideas for the development of products in the aviation industry.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to brainstorm creative strategies for promoting these products.
- Assist in tracking sales transactions and evaluating the performance of our partnership products.
- Ensure that operational activities related to partnership products align with our established SOPs.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Final year student from Management, Air Transportation Management, Tourism, or related field
- Having a good knowledge about aviation industry
- Strong analytical thinking
